Q2: Can I request OEM or ODM service from you?
A2: Yes, of course since we are a professional festival wristband OEM & ODM service supplier.
Please feel free to contact us at any time!
Q3: What format of the artwork/design should I send?
A3: We would like the artwork/design in vector format such as ai, cdr, EPS, or pdf.
Please convert all text to outline for your artwork, If you don't have any vector format files.
Q4: I want to customize your products, how to start my order, and how to proceed with my order?
A4: You can start your order by following steps:
(1) Send us an email with your order details, such as the product model that you want, quantity, product shipping country, and other requests if you have any.
(2) We will send you a quotation based on your requests for the products.
(3) After both of us agree with the price conditions, we will send you a Proforma Invoice to make payment(to send a deposit or full payment is based on you), and at the same time, digital proof/artwork will be sent to you to confirm.
(4) Photos of the product's sample will be sent for your confirmation by email before mass production if you require a sample for approval. If you don’t require a Sample for approval, we will start the mass production directly.
(5) Your order is shipped out after we finish mass production. Then we will update you on the tracking number.
Q5: How do l pay for my order?
A5: Payment can be accepted through T/T(bank transfer), Paypal, WeChat, or Alipay.
Q6: How much is the shipping cost/freight charge to my country?
A6: The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your packages and your location or destination.
Shipping costs may time to time update and the charge is not the same it depends on the Express service providers adding their oil charges or other charges each month.
Q7: How many days can I get my package?
A7: lt depends on which delivery express you choose.
Here is the normal shipping time for your reference.
•DHL/FedEx/UPS Express: 4~5 working days
•By Air: 10~12 working days
•By Sea: 30-40 working days
•By Train(European Countries only): 35~45 working days
Q8: How do I track my shipment?
A8: We will update you on the tracking number and where to track your shipment after your products are sent out.
If you don’t have time to track, you can let us check and update you on the latest status of your shipment whenever you want.
Q9: I am a reseller, I would like to buy a large number of your products, what's the best price can I get or can you give me any discount?
A9: We are sure to give you a very competitive price as we are a manufacturer, please contact us to talk the details. We sincerely hope to establish a long-term business relationship with you.
Q10: What's your return policy?
● We will check all the products one by one before deliver them to you to assure the quality.
● If the products are not quality problem, they are non-refundable. Since they are customized logo, designed especially for you, we can't sell them to another customer, so our custom products are always non-refundable. Thanks for your understanding!
● If the products are quality problem, we will endeavor to replace all broken items but please contact us by taking photos or video.
● Please be aware that all returns must be in Unused Condition and in their original packaging.
